1. How much does it cost to buy an auction pack?
All packs are free when they are downloaded from the website. If the you require a hard copy of the legal pack there is a handling, postage and packaging fee of £30.00 plus vat.
2. What does the auction pack contain?
The pack will contain all the regular legal documentation pertaining to the property including copy of title, copy leases and searches. Click here for a sample pack.

3. I have some specific questions pertaining to the auction pack?
